Journeys and Adventures

Jennifer L. Price was born in Frankfurt, Germany while her parents were stationed as teachers at the military base in Hanau, Germany.  Because of her parents careers, Jennifer moved quite a bit as a child from military base to military base living in Zweibrucken, Fulda, and Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Germany; Ames, Iowa; Sigonella, Sicily; and Vicenza, Italy.

She received her BBA in Business-Marketing with a double-major in Women’s Studies from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where Jennifer was active in the her school’s Sports Information department, Volunteer Services, and other on-campus organizations.  In August 2007, Jennifer began work on her MBA with the University of Phoenix on-line program and is scheduled to receive her degree in October 2008.

One week after graduating from her undergraduate university, Jennifer was on her way back to Germany to work as a waitress at the military’s Armed Forces Recreation Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.  After four years as the Front Office Manager at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, Jennifer is now working as an Education and Training Technician for the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.

With her passion for traveling, good food, and good people, she has had many opportunities to travel and will be exploring the world for the rest of her life.  She also enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and trying new things.
